Deposit Schemes
Under the 2011 regulations, deposits for most private sector tenancies (ie those for which a landlord has to register with the local authorities) must be held by an approved tenancy deposit protection scheme.
All Deposits are registered with Safe Deposits Scotland, who protect deposits and ensures disputes are resolved fairly and impartially. For every account we open on your behalf, we will forward you the unique reference number.
Money Protection
We hold Public Indemnity Insurance & Client Money Protection. Our Policy Number is available on request.
We are a member of the ICO, so you can rest assured that we respect your data and privacy, and manage this responsibly.
Compliance Check
Annual gas-safe certificates
Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) every 5 years
Portable Appliances Test (PAT) every year.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) every 10 year
Carbon Monoxide Monitors
Legionella Test
Tenancy agreement

If a Tradesperson comes to the property outside regular business hours and determines that the issue is not an emergency, the tenant will be responsible for the associate fees.
